Beth Brock is a driven self-starter with demonstrated success in strategic planning, forecasting / financial management, team building and organizational development. She is a natural trouble-shooter committed to furthering organizational initiatives. Her expertise includes mentoring teams to showcase individual talent while achieving group success to surpass business goals. She has experience in acquisitions / dispositions, and economic development.

Prior to starting Brocket Solutions, Beth was with PeopleCap for 10yrs. PeopleCap is a strategic human resources firm that brings people expertise to high growth companies and investors. Beth served as point for financial oversight, formalizing internal policies, and bridging gaps between colleagues to achieve firm goals.  

Before PeopleCap, Beth's 17yr professional career was primarily in the multi family housing industry both in public and private sectors. Her final years were in the public sector leading a diverse regional team of 150 associates responsible for renting and maintaining 6200+ homes while providing customer service for residents across MS, TN, AR, MO. This management of $55M annual budget, included budget preparation / forecasting / implementation. Her experience includes management of redevelopment, new development / lease ups, acquisitions and dispositions. Every apartment community is its own business, and in that fast-paced world, a leader must balance people, agendas, economic influences and budgets, as well as build a diverse team with varying skillsets and expertise who can grow a business together. Each community is unique because of locality, yet similar in business goals, therefore fostering an environment of peer-relationships to help strengthen support and further regional success was Beth's primary focus.  

Connecting with individuals, while understanding and influencing team dynamics, has been key to Beth's success.  Her management experience is grounded in strategic planning to exceed budgeted goals, while using data to make decisions, and identifying opportunities to highlight best practices within teams. Supporting individuals and teams to achieve personal and group success has been a passion and running theme in Beth's management style for various organizations.  She has served in leadership positions on industry boards and committees at local, state and national levels, where she has continued to build relationships and hone her effective style of leadership. She has maintained this same commitment in her community leadership and volunteer support.

Beth is an operations and finance executive with a talent for bridging organizational gaps.  A natural problem solver who begins with seeking to understand an organization's financial trend for performance clarity in an effort to understand and anticipate cash flow.  She then takes it from there to help organizations improve their financial performance.

At Brocket Solutions, understanding financial trends is step one.  We analyze 12+ months of our client's financial performance.  After assessing this monthly revenue and expense activity, financial trends emerge.  We focus on these trends to obtain financial clarity. This clarity allows us to assess current cash flow, and understand the financial trends of how our client got there.  We then create forecasting tools for our clients to help them maintain financial clarity, and understand their anticipated cash flow.  

At Brocket Solutions, we follow a structured approach which includes analyzing 12+ months of client financial performance.  After assessing this monthly revenue and expense activity, we study financial trends that emerge.  

We develop customized tools so our clients can easily understand their revenue and expense activity impacting their organization's cash flow. We work with our clients to develop training and team processes for proper financial oversight. We help our clients to develop strategic goals to improve operational performance in an effort to increase cash flow. 

We then allow our clients to take off on their own with financial clarity tools in hand.  If we need to re-engage to help our clients re-center or re-assess, we are happy to plug back in for further strategic planning, facilitating or consulting needs.
