Beth Brock is an operations and finance executive with deep experience in strategic planning, financial management, forecasting, and organizational development. She is a natural problem-solver known for bridging operational gaps, streamlining processes, and building teams that perform with confidence and clarity.

Before founding Brocket Solutions, Beth spent a decade at PeopleCap, a strategic growth partner for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She led financial oversight, formalized internal policies, and strengthened cross-team alignment to support the firm’s growth and evolving client needs.

Prior to PeopleCap, Beth spent near 20 years in the multifamily housing industry across both public and private sectors. In her final role, she led a regional team of 150 associates responsible for renting and maintaining 6,200+ homes across MS, TN, AR, and MO. She oversaw a $55M annual budget that included planning, forecasting, and implementation; led redevelopment and new-development initiatives; and managed acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale lease-ups.

Managing these diverse communities required sharp financial leadership, strong team development, and the ability to balance people, priorities, market conditions, and operational performance. Beth built a culture of peer accountability and collaboration that strengthened regional results.

Across her career, Beth has excelled at developing people and improving systems. She connects with individuals easily, understands team dynamics, and uses data to drive decisions and highlight best practices. She has served in leadership roles on local, state, and national industry boards, and remains deeply engaged in community and volunteer leadership.

We develop customized tools so our clients can easily understand their revenue and expense activity impacting their organization's cash flow. We work with our clients to develop training and team processes for proper financial oversight. We help our clients to develop strategic goals to improve operational performance in an effort to increase cash flow. 

We then allow our clients to take off on their own with financial clarity tools in hand.  If we need to re-engage to help our clients re-center or re-assess, we are happy to plug back in for further strategic planning, facilitating or consulting needs.
